Once an order is received you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you entered during the sites secure checkout if you do not receive a email the order did not go through please contact us if you are having trouble info@gear4baby.com.au

Once you receive the email Please check all details are correct and if not contact us ASAP.

 

Prices and Price Matching

All Gear4baby’s  prices are  inclusive of 10% GST , and are in Australia Dollars.

(we do not ship Internationally)

We reserve the right to void or cancel any order at our discretion if products have been listed incorrectly in anyway - including pricing, description, graphics or picture.

Shipping

Free Regular Shipping for orders over $99 Australia Wide (we do not ship Internationally)

Under $99 it is based on weight and your post code add item to cart and the postage calculator can give you the cost.

EXPRESS POST - Express post mail is calculated based on weight Vs destination.

ALL orders received and paid for in full before 12.30pm will be sent that day providing the goods are in stock. Excludes weekends and Public Holidays.

Note- If for some reason the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us by Australia Post

( eg wrong Name / Address or not enough info company name or level in building given by customer.) The Customer will have to pay the full postage charges (not Free Shipping) to resend the parcel

 

Shipping Methods.

We use the Australia Post eParcel system for all shipping. Every parcel sent can be tracked via the eParcel online system and every article requires a signature on delivery.

ALL orders received and paid for in full before 12.30pm will be sent that day providing the goods are in stock. For Orders Once it leaves us The risk of loss/damage passes to you once we deliver to Australia Post however we will consider any damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact Gear4baby via the "contact us" page (the if your order has not been received within the time originally stated in the checkout or what you deem to be reasonable.

The risk of loss/damage passes to you once we deliver to Australia Post however we will consider any damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.-

 

Returns and Refund Policy.

Faulty or Damaged Order

Gear4baby checks all products before they are dispatched for faults or damage. When you receive your order please check your items. In the event that a fault or damage is overlooked, please email us info@gear4baby within 48hrs of receiving your order.

Gear4baby will happily exchange or refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be provided in it's original packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed and with tags attached. The risk of loss/damage passes to you once we deliver to Australia Post however we will consider any damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.

 

Returns or Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange for an item or Refund minus a 10% restocking fee ( and excluding shipping costs), all shipping costs must be paid by the customer. For an exchange or Refund we must be notified by email info@gear4baby.com.au  before returning the order, within 7 days of receiving the purchase and transaction must be completed within 14 days.

Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer liable for any return shipping costs . Once we have received the items back and have checked them you will be notified by email. Refunds will paid through your original payment method Minus the 10% restocking fee and shipping cost.

Exchanges we have 2 options but please email us first.

1 -  Once the product has been return to us and checked over,  we will let you know the price difference and postage costs to return your new item. This can be paid via Direct deposit or PayPal

2 - Or Place and pay for a new order on our website to secure the size / items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately. When we receive and approve your returned items we will process a refund for them within 2 business

days. If you have received free shipping on your first order, the shipping cost Gear4baby have incurred will be deducted from your refund and will vary on products and your post code.

 

Product Appearance

Please note that the appearance of our products may vary slightly on individual computers due to screen resolutions, colours and technology used. Our best efforts are always taken to ensure that the colours of all products displayed on our website are as close to the real colours of the products as possible. We do not take responsibility for variations in these colours due to technology, as this is out of our control.

 

Warranty

All items on our website are Genuine Items and come with a full Australian Manufactures Warranty.

3.    Photos or the warranty issue

4.    And a description of the warranty issue

5.    Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials (for example zipper wear, Velcro wear etc).

6.    Items will need to be returned to us or Manufacture at buyers cost Once approved.

 

Layby

Gear4baby is pleased to offer you the opportunity to lay-by your purchases!

Our new lay-by service has been created so you can order products you love and pay for them over 12 weeks.

How to Lay-By Products:

•Read the Terms and Conditions and if you accept the Terms and Conditions and are happy to proceed click Check out.

•Once you have made your order click on CHECKOUT  please Resister so you can access your order details this will take you to our secure order area (256 bit security).

•After entering your postage details Select your Payment Type as "Lay-By".

•Within 24 hours you will receive an email from us requesting a minimum $50 deposit - this can be paid via PayPal or Direct Deposit. If we do not hear from you or receive a deposit within 3 working days your order will be canceled.

•You will then be required to make weekly or fortnightly payments in whatever instalment amounts you can manage.

•Once final payment has been received you order will be delivered within 3-5 days

 

Terms and Conditions

•A minimum purchase of $100.00.

•A minimum deposit of $50 is required to secure the order.

•Maximum 12 weeks lay-by from original order date.

•Weekly or fortnightly payments in whatever instalment amounts you can manage.

•Lay-by's can be paid out at any time within the 12 weeks of the original order date.

•The products remain the property of Gear4baby until full payment for the whole order has been received.

•Once final payment has been received, your order will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.

•If you cancel your lay-by at any time the initial $50 deposit will not be refunded.

•If after 12 weeks, the order has not been paid in full, the stock will be returned to the shelves and you will be refunded the payments made, less the initial $50 deposit, which will be retained by Gear4baby to cover administration costs.

•Your item will be dispatched once your payment has cleared
